10 January 2010 : Winter weather
Despatch of orders is NOT affected by the recent bad weather. However some orders may take longer than usual to arrive due to delays within the delivery network, or local problems.
05 January 2010 : Despatch and Stock Levels
Following the Christmas and New Year holidays, in-stock items will be despatched within 48 hours of payment.
Items showing as out of stock should be available again by mid-January.
17 December 2009 : CHRISTMAS CLOSING REMINDER
A reminder that our despatch office will be CLOSED from 22 December and opens again on 4 January.
Also note that any items currently showing as out of stock will NOT be available again until January.
04 December 2009 : Price Increases from 1 January 2010
As the rate of VAT will be changing on 1 January 2010, prices will increase on that date. Order before 31 December to take advantage of the current lower prices.
